Your Mine Hill Exterior Cleaning Team

Mine Hill is a small township of roughly 4,000 people that split off from Randolph in 1923 and was named for exactly what it was. The Dickerson Mine here was one of the richest iron ore sources in the country and was shipping ore as far back as the Revolutionary War, and the last mine in town did not shut down until the late 1960s. Those old workings are now the Dickerson Mine Preserve, with a trail network running through the woods above the neighborhoods.

At about 860 feet, Mine Hill sits noticeably higher than Dover and Wharton next door, and houses here are tucked onto wooded, sloping lots that hold shade and moisture. That combination puts algae on siding, moss on north-facing roofs, and a slick green film on driveways and walks cut into a grade. We soft wash the house and the roof first, then pressure clean the hard surfaces at a setting that will not scar concrete or pavers. Family- and first-responder-owned, licensed and insured.
